Jiuzhaigou vs Huanglong
Jiuzhaigou is the primary destination of this page. Huanglong is a separate scenic area and is not automatically part of every Jiuzhaigou itinerary. The Sichuan Panorama 8-Day product explicitly includes a Huanglong visit; the ACTIVE Batch 4 9-Day Chongqing–Jiuzhaigou–Chengdu route uses Huanglong Jiuzhai Railway Station as a transport point but does not thereby promise Huanglong sightseeing. How to Reach Jiuzhaigou
The published itineraries use different combinations of intercity rail and private road transfers. For example, the ACTIVE 9-Day Chongqing–Jiuzhaigou–Chengdu route uses two second-class rail legs on Day 4—Chongqing North to Chengdu East, then Chengdu East to Huanglong Jiuzhai—followed by a road transfer toward Jiuzhaigou. Other Sichuan routes use different Chengdu connections or road legs. Stations, train times, ticket class and transfer arrangements must follow the selected product and confirmed quotation; this page does not promise a fixed travel time or service availability.
